PMO & Process Lead

Description of the Job Offer

Summary

Robert Half is currently looking for a PMO & Process Lead (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is an important actor in the automotive sector.

Reporting to the CFO, you will have following responsibilities:

SPOC of Finance department

  • Contact person for all finance related questions on finance procedures and working instructions.
  • Interface between finance department and stakeholders : analyze the questions and dispatch them to the relevant department. Use this information as basis for analyzing of knowledge gaps.

Master Data processing and management

  • Creation of master data.
  • Management of master data: review the master data database on inconsistencies on a regular basis, organize master data database logically (e.g. cost center structure, GL account structure,…).

Project Lead for projects within Finance

  • Plan, budget, monitor and report on the Finance projects.
  • Make sure the project plans are sound, report regularly on their progress and monitor them to ensure that the execution stays within the approved budget and time schedule.
  • Bridge between management, stakeholders and cross-functional teams tasked with the execution of the project.
  • Archiving of project plan.

Documentation/optimisation of processes

  • Documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Compare the different processes within the different legal entities, find best practices and align the processes.
  • Implement and document financial procedures or ensure that they are correctly executed. You are the point of contact for everything related to this. If necessary, you can lead colleagues in this.

Training

  • Analyze the knowledge gap in Finance procedures at the stakeholders.
  • Training of stakeholders about the (finance) processes and procedures.
  • Creation of Center of Competence.

The required profile for this position:

  • You hold a Master's degree in Finance/Economics and you have at least 4 years of experience in Finance department, ...
  • You are a problem solver. You have strong conceptual and analytical skills, are able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
  • You are proactive : assess the challenges of the department and find long term solutions
  • You are flexible : inspired by an ambitious and variable work environment
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
  • You are a proficient in M365.
