Summary
Description:
- Handle incoming mail (collection and distribution), manage office access badges, and provide general administrative support to teams (HR, Finance, IT, etc.).
- Maintain the IT equipment inventory (laptops, monitors, phones, printers) and offer basic administrative IT support to staff.
- Prepare meeting rooms (equipment, fridges, supplies), coordinate catering orders (e.g. Royale Dujardin), and manage maintenance of coffee machines and water dispensers.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Profil
- Organisational skills: Capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy in managing inventories, records, and office processes.
- Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Proactivity: Anticipates needs, takes initiative, and addresses issues before they become problems.
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar support function.
- Basic understanding of IT tools and systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.
