Description

- Regional Marketing Strategy: Implement the regional Marketing Strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group's overall Marketing Strategy while considering the specific nuances of the BeNeLux market.
- Market Intelligence: Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team to exchange insights on market trends, competitor actions, and customer behaviors, adapting regional strategies and uncovering new opportunities for the BeNeLux region.
- Sales Alignment: Work closely with Sales teams to understand strategic market and customer needs, ensuring that marketing efforts align with both Marketing and Sales objectives, and co-develop data-driven call-to-action plans for success.
- Marketing Alignment: Coordinate with Marketing leadership on the Go-To-Market plan.
- Lead and Demand Generation: Carry out brand awareness, nurturing, and lead generation activities, along with Go-To-Market programs, to engage prospects and customers, thereby enhancing the sales pipeline.
- Performance Measurement and Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven Martech insights to enhance performance and ROI.

Profile

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing at a global or regional level.
  • Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical skills with expertise in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally for events and meetings.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities for planning innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English; additional language skills are a plus.
