Actief Mouscron est à la recherche d'un.e étudiant.e pour une mission en tant qu'administratif.ve :
Vous serez en charge
- encodage de données ;
- classement et gestion de documents ;
- suivi administratif divers ;
- aide à la gestion des e-mails et dossiers ;
- support général à l’équipe administrative,
- préparation et vérification des commandes, rangement et organisation, aide à l’atelier ou au stock.

Profil
Étudiant.e disponible en journée ;
Bonne organisation et sens des responsabilités ;
À l’aise avec les tâches administratives et l’outil informatique ;
Polyvalent.e et dynamique ;
Esprit d’équipe ;
Une première expérience administrative ou logistique est un atout;
Etre à l'aise en Anglais et en Français;
Travaille de jour;
