Synergie recherche pour son client situé sur la région de Tournai deux ( H/F/X) assistants commerciaux FR/NL

Principales tâches :

Prise de téléphone pour enregistrement des commandes ou pour tout accompagnement client

Encodage des commandes dans le système ERP

Gestion des réclamations clients en collaboration avec les services concernés

Suivi des rapports hebdomadaires des commandes de nos clients

Gestion de la boîte mail (délais de livraison, demandes clients …)

Notes de crédit et facturation.

Profil

Votre profil:

Vous possédez une première expérience au sein d'un département commercial

Vous êtes bilingue FR/NL

Vous êtes disponible de suite
