Personal profile / statement
Fernando is Associate Lecturer at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and was responsible for the Telecom and Technology Advisory practice at Deloitte Spain.
He leads projects relating to the transformation and digitization of operations and new technologies (IA, ML, Analytics, etc.), regulatory strategy and investment planning on, among others topics: Broadband plans, Telco costs models and its regulation, reengineering of commercial and operating processes and the improvement of profitability both for private sector (Telefónica, Vodafone, Orange, ONO, Euskaltel, R de Cable, Telecable, ENTEL (Bolivia), ICE (Costa Rica), Abertis, BT Spain, Neo, etc.) as well as for public sector (telecom regulators and International Donor Organizations in Spain, Europe and several Latin American countries-World Bank, IDB, CAF, etc.-).
He is very focused either in the advisory and execution sides.
Fernando managed revenue totaling EUR 6 million/year. and a business unit of 50 professionals
