L'agence AGO Logistics&Industry recherche un(e) gérant(e) pour un magasin de la région de Charleroi.
En tant que gérant(e), vous serez 80% du temps en magasin et 20% des tâches seront administratives :
- Gestion de l'équipe
- Ouverture / fermeture du magasin
- Planifier les tâches et dispatcher aux collaborateurs
- Contrôler et réceptionner la marchandise
- Effectuer les commandes
- S'assurer de la bonne tenue du magasin
- Organiser les actions commerciales du magasin
- Recruter
- ...
Votre profil :
- Vous êtes flexible au niveau des horaires
- Vous avez une expérience probante en tant que gérant(e) de magasin
- Vous êtes une personne organisée
