Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Facility Officer to support the overall efficient management.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Provide effective business assistance in the administration of the office.
  • Support facility and wellbeing management.
  • Coordinate logistics for events.
  • Manage IT infrastructure and office equipment.

Job Requirements

We are looking for:

  • Experience supporting the work of a team
  • Positive attitude and proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with excellent English, Dutch and French (C1 level).
  • Ability to think and work in a multi-disciplinary way and multi-cultural environment.
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues.
  • Salary and Benefits

    • Gross salary of 2500 to 3500 depending on experience leve
    • Representation allowance of net €170 per month.
    • Transport allowance of net €49 per month.
    • Meal vouchers of 8 euros
