They are today seeking their next sales warrior who shares the passion for food to join this growing team in Belgium.
Description
As Sales person, you will play a crucial role in the commercial team, responsible for identifying and building strong clients relationships. This role will require a dynamic person who is comfortable working in a mix of office and home office settings, as well as meeting clients in the retail industry face to face.
- Understand the needs of each client and bring tailor made solutions to meet those needs and close the deal
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth (cross/up selling)
- Work closely with the sales manager.
Profile
- Fluency in French and English
- Living in Brussels or close
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred - or a first interesting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - based in Brussels, where you go twice a week.
