Our client, a prestigious Financial Service with a global reputation for excellence, is currently looking for a Management Assistant to strengthen their team in Brussels.
Description
As a Management Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team of Investment Analysts, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
- Coordinate and liaise with other departments and external partners as needed
Profile
As a Management Assistant, you have the following profile:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Management Assistant, preferably in a financial institution
- Excellent command of English is essential; proficiency in French and Dutch is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude with a high level of professionalism and discretion
