Description:

Tasks

  • Assist in the coordination of registrations & travel bookings under the supervision of the Senior Travel Coordinator;
  • Participate in the creation of rooming list & follow-up closely with hotel suppliers:
  • Assist in the registration & travel related file management ensuring that all relevant documents are filed electronically, and paper based, when required;
  • On-site registration support if needed;

Profil

  • Obtained a Bachelor or Master degree
  • Be eligible to work full time (40 hours/week) in the EU.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and proficiency in at least one additional language such as French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or Turkish.
  • Assist the team in organizing congresses and conferences, focusing on specific tasks assigned by the Project Director.
  • Advocate a high level of service attitude and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize daily tasks, respect timelines, and adhere to critical dates and related action items.
  • Ensure operational excellence and maintain a 'Quality Obsessive' approach.
