Vos missions :
- Préparation/façonnage de pains + cuisson
- Assurer la qualité et la fraîcheur des produits
- Respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
- Participer à l’organisation et au nettoyage de l'atelier
Profil
- Formation ou expérience en boulangerie
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens du travail bien fait
- Capacité à travailler tôt le matin et en équipe
Offre
- Horaire de nuit : entre 20h et 05h du matin
