Description
Within the Remarketing Department, you are responsible for managing the administration and handling End-of-Contract (EOC) files.
This involves a variety of tasks, including:
Administrative Tasks
Supporting claim handling.
Monitoring and updating new customer profiles.
Providing support with tasks such as:
Managing invoicing and processing payments for sold vehicles.
Administrative follow-up of B2C files.
Managing the mailbox and ensuring timely responses.
