Job Description

Mission

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Program Manager in an SAP implementation project. This key role requires an organized and proactive person to ensure administrative management, logistics, and communication around the program.

Challenges we trust you with

1. Logistics and Meeting ManagementOrganizing meetings and booking rooms.
Preparing templates and presentation materials (PowerPoint, Word).Managing schedules and coordinating participants.
Following up on post-meeting actions and updating minutes.

2. Document Management and Information Sharing
Updating and sharing key information with teams.
Managing document access and collaborative spaces (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).

3. Event Logistics and Coordination
Organizing logistics for internal events (seminars, workshops, kick-offs, etc.).
Managing catering needs (drinks, sandwiches, snacks).
Coordinating with vendors and tracking orders.

4. Project Communication Support
Drafting and distributing internal project communications.
Assisting in the creation of newsletters, emails, and communication materials.
Ensuring effective transmission of messages and information to stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

Offer:

Our client offers you a full-time temporary assignment (40 hours/week) until the end of March 2026 as part of a specific project. Your salary will be linked to your level of experience and accompanied by various benefits such as €8 meal vouchers, RTT (12 days per year), two days of teleworking per week, etc.
