Resumen
As a Personal Assistant you are helping a small team of lawyers in their day-to-day tasks. We are looking for someone who is up for a challenge, flexible and enjooys working with diverse and international team
Client Details
Our client in an international law firm located in Brussels
Description
- You organise and prioritise workload and keep a level-headed approach in a busy working environment
- You arrange conference calls, lunches, travels, and help with the preparation of internal and external meetings and events
- You maintain up-to-date filing system to allow lawyers to find and use documents easily
- You manage the agenda of lawyers
- Yout take accurate and comprehensive telephone messages for lawyers and deal with queries from internal/external callers
- You manage the client villing and you are in charge of the follow up of outstanding bills
- You maintain the client database up-to-date
Profile
- Excellent level of English, you are fluent in German and French
- You have strong written communication and computer skills with advanced knowledge of PDF & MS office tools
- You are attentive to detail and have great planning skills
- You already have experience as a Management Assistant, Personal Assistant, ideally in an international environment
- Of you have an experience in a law firm, it is a real plus
