Resumen

This German Credit Controller position requires a highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments.

Description

  • Ensure timely collection of invoices, monitor customer credit risk, and manage orders based on credit exposure and payment behavior.
  • Escalate and resolve deductions, negotiate payment plans, and follow up on remittance advices to support cash application.
  • Promote automation, track overdue invoices, and communicate proactively with Sales on order blocks and payment concerns.
  • Rigorously follow the credit policy, address issues early, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Profile

A successful German Credit Controller should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in German and English language.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. SAP).
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles, data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
