As a Logistics Coordinator you'll be responsible for the execution of the necessary daily activities that ensure the timely receipt of products arriving at principal managed warehouses / inventory locations. This requires multiple contacts with supplying sites and with a network of supply chain partners and carriers around the world.

Description

As a Logistics Coordinator you'll be responsible for the execution of the necessary daily activities that ensure the timely receipt of products arriving at principal managed warehouses / inventory locations. This requires multiple contacts with supplying sites and with a network of supply chain partners and carriers around the world.

Tasks :

  • Organize the receipt process of products arriving at principal warehouses.
  • Quality Release Support:
    • Manage complaints & deviations impacting inbound operation and resolve issues blocking inbound process to ensure no delay.
    • Collaborate with Quality & LSP on investigation and assessment of inbound complaints and deviations which impacts quality of product.
  • Master Data Management.
  • Manage Inventory at principal inventory locations.
  • Seek permanent improvement of work methods and tools.
  • Drive problem solving and contribute to continuous improvement of the operational processes.
  • Participate in Cross Functional teams as required.

Profile

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator that :

  • has a Bachelor / University degree or equivalent through experience.
  • has an experience in a supply chain environment is an asset.
  • has strong verbal and written skills in English.
  • has a broad PC skills and experience with SAP are essential
  • has a high level of self-motivation and flexibility coupled with good interpersonal skills.
  • is stress resistant and strong ability to deal with and perform under pressure.
