Description
As Compliance oversight manager you have the following responsibilities:
Execute first-level permanent controls, particularly focusing on compliance and credit risk, and develop action plans for process improvement.
Assist front officers in detecting suspicious transactions, support compliance officers in regulatory activities, and contribute to transversal projects within the development teams.
Profile
Our client is looking for the following profile:
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree with a specialization in finance, compliance, risk, or legal management, accompanied by at least 5 years of experience in internal control, with a transversal knowledge of permanent controls, compliance, and credit risk in the Benelux scope.
He/ she demonstrates strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders across different countries.
Proficiency in French, English, and Dutch is required.
