Description of the Job Offer


You are active in the Service department, responsible for ticket processing and invoice preparation.

You are the point of contact for customers.

Leading company in the field of security for individuals and businesses.


  • You will be in charge of responding to the customer inquiries
  • Provide support, information (about the price, modification, the product) to the clients
  • Organize the technicians planning
  • Update the databases
  • Encoding orders, follow up shipment and manage the invoices
  • Support the financial, sales administrations divisions
  • Managing Belgian clients


Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position

Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience

EXCELLENT oral and written knowledge of Dutch AND French with a good level of English.

Excellent communication skills and customer oriented

Dynamic and stress resilient

You like challenges and demonstrate flexibility

Hunger of developing you skills

Good skills in MS office
