Summary

Fallais international SRL is a family business, part of the RG Castings Group, an amalgamation of 3 well-known companies in the foundry sector.
Under the same umbrella, the group offers 3 different casting techniques as well as a varied range of alloys in aluminium and copper.

An evolving business looking to strengthen its expertise, our client combines its reputation with the skills of Proselect in its search for a:

PROJECT ENGINEER (M/F/X)

Your mission:

In your role as Project Leader, you will assist the Sales & Technical Director in the monitoring and roll-out of projects.

To do this, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • You will respond to client requests and ensure that they receive the most optimal technical solution; 
  • You calculate the costs and participate in the creation of client quotes;
  • You will create simulations for new projects, implement new items and then track the project/production as a whole; 
  • You will present items to clients and coordinate modifications with the various internal departments (production/quality/sales);
  • You will analyse different types of issues/complaints with various levels of complexity;
  • You will participate in innovation and investment projects.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Industrial engineering or technical bachelor’s (or equivalent through experience); 
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a heavy industrial setting;
  • Knowledge of the foundry sector would be an undeniable advantage; 
  • You are able to work independently in French, English and Dutch. Knowledge of German would also be a considerable advantage;
  • You will establish quality contacts effortlessly and ensure a good relationship with clients; 
  • You enjoy a role with variety, working in the field and in the office; 
  • You have a proven ability to read plans (3D); 
  • Finally, assertiveness, versatility and adaptability are some of your recognised qualities!
