PRINCIPLE
ACCOUNTABILITIES

·        
Create the customer orders received
via mail,phone, and modify – contact the customers if necessary

·        
Make sure orders are in the SAP
system on time so that we do not have delays in customer deliveries

·        
Create customer complaints using the
correct methods

·        
Create customer disputes and solve
them with the customer

·        
Stay in close contact with the
customers and inform them in case of product un-availability

·        
Daily contact with production to
make sure we have the products available for the customers

·        
Manage access to My Airproducts

·        
Do the daily Route Scheduling in
Backup situation

MOST CHALLENGING PART OF JOB   

Daily Contacts with customers

·       To build a good relationship with
all supply chain employees

·       Inventory investigation skills

·        
On Time delivery to customers,
prevent delivery failures

Functie-eisen

Operational experience

·        
Good levels of Dutch, French and
English

·        
SAP literate

·        
Good overall knowledge of Microsoft
Office applications (excellence in excel is a plus)
