As a Senior Management Assistant you work as a right arm for a high level partner and the team

  • A to Z agenda management (appointment and meeting coordination, room reservation, organisation of conference calls and follow-up)
  • Organisation of recurring meetings in support of your team
  • Prepare outgoing emails and relevant reports by using the correct templates
  • Prepare presentations in Powerpoint/Google Slides, review existing presentations for spelling and lay-out
  • Arrange and book agreed schedule of internal and client meetings: schedule diaries, book rooms, prepare and send agendas
  • etc


  • Bachelor's degree
  • English very good level + excellent level in French or Dutch
  • You already have a few years experience as a Management Assistant
  • Digital-savvy, a proficient knowledge of Google Tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently but also in a team
