Our client is a Global Law Service Firm based in Brussels. Today the Marketing team is looking to strengthen their team with a Marketing Assistant

Description

As a Marketing Assistant you will report directly to the Marketing Manager. You will assist the Business Development & Marketing department in its daily tasks (administration and communication).

  • Assisting in the preparation of offers and presentation documents
  • Monitoring open files within the firm to extract information that can be used for commercial purposes.
  • Updating track records
  • Submission to Chambers Europe, Legal 500 EMEA, etc.
  • Maintenance of models and templates
  • Assist the marketing team in the development of publications, newsletters, website content, pitches, etc.
  • Perform accurate data entry into databases, search for missing information
  • Establishment and verification of contact lists
  • Follow-up on the preparation and sending of invitations
  • Other administrative tasks may be assigned depending on availability and circumstances.

Profile

The Successful Candidate will have / be:

  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French with a very good level of the other language and an excellent level of English.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, law, Literature, or related fields.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications
  • Prior Marketing experience in the service / consulting / law sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
  • You are familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and keen to lean others software's.
  • You are very organized, ambitious, proactive, perseverant, good attention to detail and not afraid to give new ideas.
  • You work well under stress, and you are not afraid to work until the deadline is achieved
