American Orthodontics is currently expanding and is hiring a (Junior) Sales Representative (m/f) for the Belgian market to support their growth ambitions.

Job description

As the ambassador for American Orthodontics in Belgium, your main responsibilities are:

  • Developing the client portfolio to assure their further development in line with the commercial strategy of the company;
  • Identifying new customers (orthodontists) with high potential as well as organize and plan visits in Flanders and Wallonia;
  • Providing technical product information as well as convince clients about the service and negotiate commercial conditions;
  • Establishing a relationship of trust with the customers and as such retain them.


  • You have a natural flair for sales and look forward to take up a challenge for a market leading company;
  • You have a door opening attitude but you also balance this attitude with long-term interests;
  • You have good interpersonal skills;
  • You can fall back on a first experience in (direct) sales. Experience in healthcare is an asset, not a necessity;
  • You are fluent in French, with a good level of Dutch and English;
  • Your focus will be on the French speaking part of Belgium; ideally, you can also visit some prospects or clients in Flanders.
