As a (Junior) Maintenance Logistics Planner you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules and managing logistics to ensure optimal efficiency and minimal downtime. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our high standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Tasks:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
  • Schedule and oversee routine and preventive maintenance tasks, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and spare parts, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment and parts, including transportation, delivery, and storage.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to minimize disruptions and optimize workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, schedules, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance and logistics activities.

Profile

We are looking for a (Junior) Maintenance Logistics Planner that has/is :

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning and logistics, preferably within the [industry] sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
