Junior Account Executive – Prestige cosmetics group (M/F/X)

Join a growing Sales team and manage accounts partnerships within the retail industry for the BeNeLux market, representing all brands of the group and working closely with the Key Account Managers.

Our client is a worldwide well known cosmetics group counting a dozen of luxury brands, leader on the prestige beauty market and investing in research and innovation since the beginning to always seek for excellence and quality. In Belgium, the company culture is friendly, driven and open minded counting around 100 people a bit north of Brussels.

The team is today looking for their new junior Sales person to strengthen the partnerships with the clients from the Retail world - from the Brussels office. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager and the Retail Manager.


As Account Executive, you will have responsibilities on several levels:


  • Manage the orders good efficiency working with the Supply chain and Planning team
  • Follow up for a premium service to your clients, always insuring the link between them and the different departments from the company


  • Present new collections to the retailers you are in charge of
  • Introduce and implement promotions for special events, products, actions on trade, etc.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at all times as point of contact for your clients


  • Analyse the sell in and sell out of the retailers and compare them to what was forecasted
  • Bring explanations and recommendations to numbers
  • Plan the bonus scheme


  • Fluency in English
  • Dutch is your native language and you have a good knowledge of French
  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication
  • You have a good basic knowledge of Excel
  • Whether you have a first experience or you recently graduated (between 0-2 years of experience), the most important is that you are driven, communicative, organised and passionate about this industry!
