Description of the Job Offer


You act as the first line of support for all IT related issues encountered by your colleagues.

Client Details

Our client is an international retail company located in Halle. They are a major player in their industry and put a big emphasis on their employee's well being.


- You provide excellent IT support to your internal colleagues

- You handle both software and hardware issues

- You run appropriate diagnosis and provide solutions

- You register tickets and provide excellent follow-up

- You share your knowledge with the rest of the team


- You have a first experience in IT support

- You speak French and English fluently, knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese or Dutch is an asset

- You are a helper and love to provide timely resolution to any issues you encounter

- MS apps, windows servers and admin tool hold no secret for you

- You can perform basic hardware repairs
