Description of the Job Offer
Our client is located in Mont-Saint-Guibert.
Act as the key contact for our customers (B2B) located in Europe.
Manage a variety of tasks, ranging from order entry to stock management, quotation, problem solving, logistics, and to some extent technical help.
Ensure the coordination between our customers & our headquarters located in the USA.
Ensure the existing business keeps working flawlessly, and help developing future businesses with both existing and new customers.
Work closely with the commercial managers to support execution of sales opportunities based on customer feedback and market intelligence.
Contribute to durable customer-supplier relationships, and guarantee the highest possible level of customer satisfaction
- Master or bachelor degree.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as Inside Sales Representative in an international environment.
- English and French written and spoken. Knowledge of German, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of SAP would be a serious asset.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and commercial support.
- Ability to be multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively.
- Structured, organised, solution oriented & highly motivated.
- Team-player able to work autonomously.
