Summary
For one of our client, we are currently looking for a HR Generalist (m-f-x).
Our client is a company based in Perwez.
As HR Generalist, part of the HR team based in Perwez, you will be responsible for the following:
You lead or contribute actively in talent & performance management activities (Performance & Goals, Training & Development, …
- Setting up or improving processes
- Internal communication and training
- Supporting employees and managers
- Budget, KPI and follow up
Coordinate recruitment process , with or without a partner: needs analysis & job description, choice of channels, pre-selection of candidates, coordination of interviews, interaction with candidates, recruitment offices & line managers, drafting salary offers, organization of onboarding, internal communication, KPI.
You act as fist point of contact for HR related topics for employees based in The Netherlands, France, Italy, Norway & Sweden.
You participate in the implementation of various HR projects (such as setting up of data analytics for People Passionate trajectory) as well as the continuous evaluation & optimization of HR processes.
In the spirit of our team, you support the team and carry out various tasks in the field of HR according to needs and priorities (events, communication, back up, ….).
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- a bachelor's or master's degree related to human resources
- an experience of at least 5 years in a similar experience
- a real desire to invest and get involved in a human and solid structure
- You are assertive, active, proactive, autonomous
- You are available, attentive and open to others
- You have a strong sense of responsibility
- You are organized and rigorous
- You are solution oriented
- You promote change and support the teams in this process
- You enjoy taking initiatives and managing different types of stakeholders in an international environment
- You handle confidential information appropriately
- Dutch-speaking, very good knowledge of French and English
- Very good skills with IT tools (Office suite but also the various HR platforms such as Success Factors, Talent Finder, etc.)
