My client is an international law firm located in the center of Brussels with more than 250people combining all the offices.

Description

As an German and English speaking Secretary (m/f), please fin below your main tasks :

  • Setting up meetings
  • Answering calls, emails
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Registration of expenses
  • Registration of invoices
  • Registration of time-sheets
  • Travel arrangements: investigating and booking flights/trains, accommodations, taxis etc.
  • Formatting documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organising events
  • Updating the database
  • Attending team meetings
  • File Management

Profile

To be the successful German and English speaking Secretary (m/f),please find below the criteria

  • Languages: Perfect knowledge of German and English
  • Good presence, flexible, organised person and multitask ability
  • MS Office-Good knowledge (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • A previous experience in Germany is a plus
  • A previous experience in Law firm is a plus
  • 1-3 years as personal or management assistant
  • French / Dutch are an assets
