Profile

  • German is mother tongue and you speak fluently in English
  • Any another extra European language is an asset
  • You have a first experience within a Customer Service role ideally in the Retail/Luxury/hospitality sector
  • You are a team player, commercial oriented and professional
  • You feel at ease enough with MS Office
