Induscabel/STG is looking for a Field Sales Manager/KAM to join his team in Jumet and cover the regio of Brussels and Wallonia.

Created in 1955, Induscabel initially marketed belts for coal mines, hence its name INDUStrie du CAoutchouc BELge. Following the closure of the coal industry, the family business converted to the Heating and Bathroom wholesale trade. After 40 years of experience in heating and sanitation, the company is launching into fitted kitchens. A real player in Hainaut, Induscabel has opened up in recent years to other regions such as Walloon Brabant and Brussels. Today, with his points of sale and a logistics center, the Induscabel team manages sales, storage, delivery and has an after-sales service. Nothing is outsourced out of a desire for efficiency and proximity

Description

The Field Sales Manager/KAM develops commercial objectives as part of the overall commercial strategy with the aim of increasing market share and increasing customer satisfaction

He/she monitors Key Accounts and the sales force with the aim of expanding the customer portfolio and strengthening customer loyalty/relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Translate strategic policy into operational activities/objectives in the region
  • Manage the team of Technical-Commercial Delegates and standardize their operation so that a visit strategy is applied
  • Monitoring the evolution of turnover and margin in the region
  • Customer visits and events with the aim of increasing IST visibility, creating sales opportunities and increasing customer satisfaction/loyalty
  • Development and implementation of commercial incentives
  • Ensure in-depth product knowledge among representatives
  • Establish links between clients and specialists
  • Conduct sales consultations in the region with the aim of translating the sales vision into operational objectives Guide, inspire and coach representatives
  • Monitoring of account plans, visit reports and quotes
  • HR lifecycle monitoring for direct reports

Reporting to Regio Manager & member of Commercial MT

+- 10 Direct report: Technico Sales representatives

Scope: Brussels and Wallonia

Profile

  • Master in Economics or Business engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales B2B, in construction or technical sector
  • Stronf people management experience
  • Excellent communication, proactivity and leadership
  • Analytical mindset and results oriented
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
