Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives and be in charge of office management in a french speaking environment.


  • Office management
  • Calendar management
  • Aid in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents
  • Prepare travel plans
  • Lead administrative procedures
  • Any other administrative task necessary for the good functioning of the company

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills, well-rounded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of french and english. Good knowledge of dutch.
  • Driving license is necessary because the location of the company is not well served by public transport
