Description

  • Be the point of contact for a wide number of clients.
  • Provide support to field sales.
  • Transfer qualified leads for conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing and product development teams.
  • Record client's feedback and preferences.
  • Gather relevant market information.

Profile

  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
  • Enjoy engaging with customers on the phone.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
