Description

As an Administrative Assistant you:

  • Management of the member's database
  • Contact new members to register their membership
  • Financial and administrative support to the manager
  • Follow up on annual dues payments and invoices to members
  • Sending event invitations to members
  • Management of the cancellation policy of participation
  • Follow-up on supplier reminders
  • Follow-up on accounting information requests
  • Invitation, preparation and administrative follow-up of General Assembly

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • Perfect level in English, very good level in French
  • You already have an experience in a similar function, already managed invoices, general administration
  • You are open to a mission of 6 months that can be prolonged
  • You are immediately available
  • You are meticulous and love when things are well done
