Description

As a (Junior) Forwarder, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations. You'll ensure that sensitive and high-priority shipments are handled with the utmost accuracy and efficiency, making a tangible impact on our clients' success.

Tasks:

  • Coordinate and monitor the shipment of aeronautical goods, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, customs clearance, and data entry with precision.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any logistical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with aeronautical industry regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and exceed client expectations.
  • Participate in on-duty work one week out of every five, from Monday to Sunday, ensuring urgent logistics needs are met. During this week, you will primarily work at the office, but one day of remote work is possible.

Profile

We are looking for a (Junior) Forwarder that :

  • Languages: Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is essential.
  • Experience: Proven expertise in administrative tasks, ideally within logistics or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility with one remote workday during your on-duty week.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. o Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
